Online training organised by Bridging to the Future, the UK

On 23rd May 2019, a training led by our partner Bridging to the Future, an innovative company which challenges and reforms existing approaches to organisational and individual productivity, job creation, economic independence and economic sustainability, was held at NHSFB.

In the three-session online event for all the partners from Slovenia, Lithuania, Latvia and Bulgaria the organization explained the essence of peer-to-peer training, which is applied by them. The presenter is Joe, who has been part of the program himself. We discussed the QEAS skills (Quality, Experience, Attitude and Skills) and ways to develop them participating in the project. Joe asked students questions, and participants from all the countries wrote their answers in the chat box. In the final session students were provided with practical information about the education in Birmingham.

На 23 май 2019 г. се проведе онлайн обучение организирано от нашия партньор Bridging to the Future от Великобритания, който прилага метода "ученици обучават връстници". В събитието се включиха координаторите, методистите, учителите-експерти и ученици от всички държави-участнички. В НФСГ обучението се проведе в компютърен кабинет. Водещ беше Джо, който преди няколко години сам е участвал в тази програма. Обсъждахме същността на самия проект и начините на развитие на социалните и лидерски умения на участниците. Имаше въпроси за дискусия, като участниците записваха своите отговори в чат. В последната сесия Джо предостави практическа информация за участниците в предстоящото обучение в Бирмингам.
