Creation of groups of students 8-9 grade for the piloting / min. 20 people
Teachers-facilitators and older students will present to younger students the content, the process and advantages of the approach, as well as the benefits for their future (аpprox. 1000 participants in total - 250 per country);
They will organize meetings with parents too.
Piloting

Extracurricular lessons on the subjects determined as a result of the survey and social skills trainings for 9 grade students. They will be conducted by the older students (11 grade).
Preparation of the pilot phase and the piloting itself participants will work in teams of 4.

A teacher as facilitator and 3 students (10-11 grade), one of whom will be team leader. Key expert from the project staff of partner organization will be in the role of a mentor. Participants will be involved indirectly in the development of didactic materials as their feedback on all activities will not only be taken into consideration, but it will be crucial for the final content  to be practically useful and easy to implement.

Exchange information at national level, summary of the results and areas of development; to plan the next year's implementation.
This information will be discussed during the forthcoming mobility in Birmingham.

The workshop will be attended by all those who have gone through the pilot phase. Parents of 9-grade students can also be invited to share their impressions of the impact of these activities on their children.
